March 29-30. A 2 day stage race through the Otago wilderness.

APRIL

Lake Sonoma 50 mile trail run

April 12. A 50 mile trail run in California’s Napa Valley, with 86% single track.

RESULT: Took this as pre-season warm up and ran 25 of the 50 miles. Great event — read more about it here

MAY

Soderhamn Outdoor 2014

17-18 May.  A multisport weekend complete with an 8km trail run race, slide show & presentation, and paddling clinic (Saturday) and a 30km mountain bike race (Sunday). Limited spaces in paddle clinic. Read more and apply at the event website (in Swedish).
