To love multisport, you have to love training. And Scott loves it. Everything from studying training methods, to maintaining motivation, to discussing heart rate curves, to counting training minutes on And who doesn’t love the adrenaline kick that follows a solid training session?

Four years ago Scott hired a multisport coach from New Zealand and his performance took off. After that, he has read several books on the topic and given presentations on training methods, nutrition tips, and mental focus. He’s even become a coach himself. Scott is grateful to his sponsors for supporting his goal of sharing and discussing multisport knowledge with those who keen to improve their efficiency of motion and thus the enjoyment of the sport.
